ASi-5 counter modules: Even more functions and an expanded product portfolio
Now, you can also use the proven ASi-5 technology of our counter modules in the cable duct, thanks to the newly compact redesigned ASi-5 counter module BWU4996. Previously, all ASi-5 counter modules offered four 2-channel counter inputs. The BWU4996 expands our product portfolio by offering two 2-channel counter inputs. This allows you to tackle small applications even more flexibly and cost-effectively. Unused counter inputs can also be configured as digital inputs.

Many flexibly usable functions
We have continuously extended the functions of all ASi-5 counter modules. Various counter functions, such as frequency and period duration measurement, with and without filtering, enable simple counting of goods, positioning tasks, speed measurement, and much more. All this can be conveniently configured in the PC software. You can also select the 32-bit value range – alternatively to the fast transmission of up to 4 independent 16-bit counter values in 1.27 ms.
